Massive 16mm big bore shocks feature threaded aluminum bodies and hard springs to endure the rigors of large-scale bashing. The heavy-duty 4mm tuned pistons allow for use of thicker shock fluids to absorb punishing terrain, and oversized lower shock ends for increased durability.

Front and Rear 5mm Shock Towers

Robust CNC-machined 5mm shock towers keep suspension geometry properly aligned and provides a rugged and secure fitment for upper shock mounts and camber links. In addition, there are multiple adjustments available for suspension settings that allow the Asuga to be tuned to any conditions.

Heavy Duty Composite Wing Mount

The Asuga features new bigger high-downforce rear wing that is supported by a robust monoblock-design rear wing mount. The wing mount with additional bracing to maintain proper wing alignment during the most severe jumps and occasional tumbles features additional extension for oversized 4mm wing mounting screws deliver additional strength.

Durable Body and Wing

A new bigger high-downforce rear wing combines with the sleek, modern body design to optimize handling and top speeds. The bodyshell features nylon body post hole protectors to extend body life and reduce annoying cracks around body post mounting holes. Convenient, rubberized body clip retainers secure the overall mounting system and eliminate the hassle of lost body pins.

Hybrid Center Chassis Brace System

The Asuga XLR features a uniquely rugged hybrid center chassis brace, using a combination of composite and aluminum components to create a main “backbone” that resists longitudinal flex for consistent handling and unsurpassed durability.

Extreme Front Chassis Brace

The optimized front chassis brace solidifies the front bulkhead, front tower, steering system and Ackermann brace into a rigid, durable assembly that ensures precision steering and the durability that you’ve come to expect from Team Corally. Heavy-Duty Front and Rear Skid Plates

A new two-piece skid plate and bumper system for both the front and rear of the Asuga XLR offers ease of maintenance and improved strength and protection for both ends of the buggy.

Aluminum Chassis with Composite Side Guards

A 3mm thick, 6065 Aluminum main chassis delivers offers unyielding strength, while the molded side guards protect against dirt and debris from electronics or drivetrain. A mount for the ESC on/off switch has been conveniently molded in the LH side guard.

Bulletproof Hinge Pin Brace System

Machined aluminum 8mm-thick hinge pin braces offer user-adjustable toe-in through the use of interchangeable composite inserts. Strength is further enhanced from the braces being secured to both chassis and bulkhead for unsurpassed strength and durability.

Robust Gearbox Connection

Whereas other models attached bulkheads and pin braces using four screws, the Asuga XLR uses four screws for securing the suspension hinge pin braces, and an additional four to secure the bulkhead to the chassis. This 4x4 fastener system allows for isolation of the bulkheads against shocks and impacts, improving both durability and performance.

Heavy Duty Composite Suspension Arms

Completely re-thinking the arm design, Team Corally designers went all-in toward durability and precision without creating a weight penalty. Premium Differentials with CNC cut gears

Each of the three fluid-filled differentials feature spiral-cut, CNC machined input and ring gears together with cast and sintered bevel gears. The center diff includes an aluminum case for optimum heat dissipation and durability.

Adjustable Aluminum Motor Mount

Attaching the huge brushless motor to the Asuga chassis is an extremely important job - that’s why the motor is connected to a super-thick motor mount! This CNC machined 2-piece mount is formed from billet aluminium and features a sliding mount system for precise gearing adjustments, just like you see in top competition racing cars! Setting gear mesh is easier and faster than with standard motor mounts, because the single sliding piece gives you perfect alignment every time!

Extra Large Battery Compartment

Ample room for a wide variety of LiPo pack configurations is provided thanks to the Asuga XLR’s generous battery tray, allowing for packs up to 161mm long and 51mm wide. Additional convenience is provided by included spacers that deliver the security that only a perfect battery pack fit can provide. The assorted spacers allow quick and easy battery changes-even changing from 4S to 6S is a simple, easy, and convenient.
