Team Corally designers went with a no-compromise approach when outfitting the drivetrain - that’s why there are no plastic gears anywhere! The differential features a full metal body and six heavy duty metal internal gears for extreme durability. Zero weak points means that high power motors are no problem for the differentials!

Bulletproof All-Metal Drivetrain and Rigid Plastic Gearbox

The transmission is packed with oversized, full-width, all-metal gears for a bulletproof, no-compromise drivetrain! With rubber-sealed ball bearings in the gearbox and a special low-friction gear design, the gears can spin with minimal friction for maximum efficiency, so all the power from the motor gets to the tyres! With a fully sealed rigid, heavy duty plastic gearbox, the gears are perfectly aligned and protected from dust and dirt for a lifetime of fun with almost zero maintenance!

Large, Easy Access Battery Compartment

A large battery tray allows 2S batteries fit using a simple dual clip system to quickly change the batteries when you’re ready for a new pack. Special clips fit the battery cables to keep them out of the way and the chassis neat and orderly - these also function to make sure the battery stays plugged no matter what happens! The battery compartment allows batteries up to 48 x 141 x 25mm to fit.

High Speed, Durable Rubber-Sealed Bearings

The entire drivetrain, including the gearbox, differential and driveshafts, plus all 4 wheels spin on high quality rubber-sealed ball bearings for maximum efficiency and power from the motor to the tyres! Rubber-sealed bearings are only seen on high quality RTR cars and last longer than cheaper metal-shielded bearings. Most of the bearings are the very common 10 x 5 x 4mm size, and if they ever need replacement, Team Corally always has a huge range of spares!

Oversized, Racing Optimised Suspension Arms

Suspension parts are usually the most common part on RC cars to break, but not on Team Corally vehicles! Just like our huge ⅛ scale cars and trucks, every plastic part is made from HiCC8 composite plastic material, Team Corally’s custom developed plastic that has been factory-developed and track-tested by Team Corally designers over many years. HiCC8 has been designed to have the ideal balance of stiffness and give to allow it to handle torsion stress for maximum resilience and amazing durability. Each part of the suspension has been perfectly designed in CAD with extra-thick triangular structures and increased bracing to make it super durable!

13mm Big Bore Composite Shock Absorbers

A complete set of extra-large shock absorbers is fitted and totally ready for any kind of terrain! These are oil-filled and threaded shock absorbers fitted with tuned racing springs, ready for huge stunts and massive jumps! Every part of the shocks are designed for maximum performance - even the spring perches are shaped to deflect stones and debris away from the metal shock shafts. Each plastic part is perfectly moulded from Team Corally’s custom HiCC8 composite material for maximum strength and durability. The shocks are also simple to custom-tune for racing tracks, and with the unique Team Corally SPL spring perches, the spring stays locked in position through the biggest jumps and worst abuse!

Racing Style Fully Adjustable Slipper Clutch

An easy to use slipper clutch setup protects the drivetrain from big jumps and allows you to custom tune the traction levels with ease! Every part of the slipper clutch is precision CNC machined, from the steel gear shaft and aluminium slipper plates to the tough composite spur gear. A heavy duty spring and easy-access steel nut allow you to tune the slipper clutch for more wheelies or the perfect amount of starting acceleration, depending on the driving surface. And if you don’t want to adjust anything, don’t worry about it - it’s all perfectly setup already right from the factory!

Heavy Duty, Torsion Optimized Composite Monocoque Chassis

The Mammoth SP has a monocoque chassis made of Team Corally’s custom composite material HiCC8. The design guarantees extraordinary rigidity and extreme torsional stiffness. The chassis is very maintenance-friendly and with the large tyres and tall suspension has a high degree of ground clearance. Rough terrain with large cliffs are really no problem for the Mammoth SP. The long wheelbase of the Mammoth SP ensures extra safe handling at all speeds!

Dedicated, Easy Access Speed Control Mount

The electronic speed controller is securely mounted between the battery and motor in a secure position that’s ideal for easy maintenance! Thick plastic straps hold the controller in place - no more foam tape to break and allow important electronics to get loose! Integrated signal and power cable management keeps the chassis looking neat and tidy. The SP models feature a pair of plastic braces that allows a cooling fan to be attached in hot weather.

Racing Style Super Durable Steering Block

With a competition-derived steering block, extreme steering angles are as easy as a twist of the fingers! The steering block is designed for maximum cornering performance at high and low speeds, just like competition RC racing vehicles! Like all of the suspension parts, the steering block is precision moulded from Team Corally’s custom HiCC8 composite plastic that allows it to bounce back from super hard impacts and keep coming back for more! This secret composite blend has been factory-developed and track-tested by Team Corally designers over many years to have the ideal balance of stiffness and give to allow it to handle torsion stress for maximum resilience and amazing durability.

Realistic and Durable Front & Rear Bumpers

The Mammoth racing cars feature extra-wide and super durable bumpers front and rear to add awesome scale realism and extra protection to the suspension! Thick skid plates front and rear allow the Mammoth to get over huge obstacles with ease, plus the bumpers and skid plates have extra bracing to extreme protection. Just like the suspension parts, the bumpers and skid plates are made from HiCC8 composite plastic material, Team Corally’s custom developed plastic. HiCC8 has been designed to have the ideal balance of stiffness and give to allow it to handle extreme torsion stress and keep coming back for more!

Roll Bar with Light Pods for Extra Realism

The Mammoth racing cars feature a cool and realistic roll bar that extends across the full width of the body! With multiple mounting points and ready for up to LED lights to be added to the light pods, the roll bar not only looks awesome but it’s fully functional and ready for action! The roll bar is moulded from Team Corally’s custom HiCC8 composite plastic that allows it to bounce back from super hard impacts and keep coming back for more!
